The key role of Senior Manager, Global Financial and Procurement System (GFPS) is to lead a team to perform business and IT support of the financial and procurement processes and work out enhancements in line with the business requirements and within the globally defined template. You will participate in the planning, end-user collaboration, enhancement, maintenance and support for PSA Group of companies worldwide.

This role reports to Assistant Vice President (Group IT) - GFPS

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Play a significant role in connecting and bridging between the business and global IT for Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Perform analysis on the business enhancements and propose solutions within the given global template
- Perform and/or supervise changes to the system in accordance to the proposed solution
- Lead the team:

- Test the developed/configured solutions technically
- Support business-users in their daily business
- Provide 2nd/3rd level support to key-users in case of issues and liaise with the experts (internal, external) to get these issues sorted out
- Act as program manager for internal Oracle Fusion Cloud rollout projects as part of PSA Franchise value cascade

**Skills, Knowledge & Competencies**
- Professional background
- Good working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, with at least 4-5 years of experience in the Financials, Sourcing and Procurement modules
- 2+ years’ lead and coaching role in Oracle Fusion projects
- Experienced in supporting Oracle Fusion Financials regionally or globally
- Technical skills
- Good knowledge of accounting, financial and procurement processes
- Strong supporting skills in the functional business areas as well the technical side
- Basic knowledge on SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Workflow
- Familiar with Service Level Agreement (SLA) and contractual matters
- Business skills
- Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication to communicate effectively with the users and their managers; as well as the vendors, system analysts, and system engineers
- supporting you- Good analysis skills to understand the business requirements, to design the solution, to develop the changes in the system to fulfill the users’ requirements.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment with budgets and schedules
- Ability to independently reach out as a peer, mentor & coach as appropriate across the organisation
- Able and willing to travel globally
