**Wellness Trainer (Full-Time / Part-Time)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct structured training programs for new and existing staff, covering facial treatments, wellness/body therapies, and retail beauty services.
- Participate in the research and development (R&D) of wellness and beauty treatments, and assist in formulating new treatment protocols and standards.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical training.
- Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Evaluate staff performance and offer continuous support and development.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and treatment techniques.
- Deliver on-site training and support across various store locations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Experience in the beauty, wellness, or aesthetics industry.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and train Mandarin-speaking staff using at least basic Mandarin.
- Passionate about teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: $3,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 44 per week

Work Location: In person
