**Your new role**

You will be in charge of:

- Leading and executing sourcing strategies, managing pricing and reducing costs to enhance partners’ profitability
- End-to-end procurement function (RFQ/RFQ, evaluation, negotiation and awarding)
- Conducting competitors analysis to substantiate negotiation for price reductions
- Resolving operational issues when they arise
- Develop and maintain supplier relationships, and conduct regular evaluation of supplier’s performance
- Driving the performance and targets of assigned categories

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant
- Minimum of 3 years’ category management experience, ideally in an F&B, food manufacturing, FMCG, QSR or pharmaceutical industry.
- Skilled in data analysis and influencing decisions backed by data
- Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
