**Job Description**:
**The Role**

The role holder will be responsible for direct line management of all Administrators and Personal Assistants in the APAC region with scope to expand to other administrative services should the need arise. They will be a pivotal contact for key stakeholders from the business including department leads, office heads, representatives from HR, Finance and L&D and must build and maintain relationships to ensure a strong administrative service is being provided to the business.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To ensure the region is fully and accurately supported with administrative tasks, directly impacting overall effectiveness and efficiency of business
- To ensure we have the correct administrative footprint in regional location to support the overall business strategy
- Create a framework for excellent administrative support and oversee day-to-day operation to ensure an efficient service is being provided to the business
- Ensure alignment across role responsibilities, salaries and banding to maintain a fair and inclusive system
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
- Collaborate cross-regionally with peers to encourage global alignment and knowledge share
- Set clear team goals amongst the administrative function whilst ensuring departmental support remains
- Delegate tasks and set deadlines
- Monitor team performance and report on metrics
- Motivate team members
- Discover training needs and provide coaching
- Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Recognise high performance and reward accomplishments
- Encourage creativity and ‘outside the box’ thinking
- Act as a central contact for business stakeholders incl. department heads, office heads, HR, Finance and other global partners
- Coach and support regional administrators outside of remit to ensure consistent operations and process
