**Administrative Duties**:
- Manage Group CRO & Co Group CFO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support, including preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist Group CRO & Co Group CFO to follow up important projects, including financing projects, risk cases and other projects initiated by or covered by Group CRO & Co-Group CFO.
- Develop and maintain efficient office systems, including document management and filing.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for the director and other team members as needed.
- Organize and securely store correspondence, documents, and computer-based information.
- Proactively handle and follow up on assigned tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

- Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
**Business Development Duties**:
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify market trends, conditions, and opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement business development strategies.
- Engage in marketing and business development activities, maintaining relationships with existing clients while securing new opportunities.
- Assist in project management to ensure successful execution and alignment with business goals.
- Participate in external communications and relationship keeping under the instruction of Group CRO & Co Group CFO
- Prepare presentations for business development activities.
- Assist Ad hoc projects such as Summit, offsites, shareholder/other Chinese delegates visits.
- Facilitate communication and help translation with China related parties, shareholders, partners, and Chinese Associations.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Business
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, with a experience doing business development
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to communicate with our chinese stakeholders
- General knowledge of CCS products and services
- Market research and business paper drafting
- Public speaking and presentation skills to articulate stratrey to business stakeholders
- Project Management
- Skilled in relationship building and able to liaise effectively with all levels of management and staff.
- Highly efficient, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful and result-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Flexible and adaptable, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
