Singapore INTEGRATED HEALTH INFORMATION SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Position Overview**:
Integrated Health Information Systems (IHiS) is the Ministry of Health’s IT arm that digitises, connects, and analyses Singapore’s health ecosystem. Our ultimate aim is to improve our population’s health and health administration by integrating intelligent, highly resilient and cost effective technologies with process and people.

Based at one of our Cluster CIO offices, you will become a part of the dynamic CIO Office Team that support, and deliver technology solutions for our Public Healthcare Institutions. You must have at least 4 - 5 years’ experience in developing, implementing and maintaining IT systems.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Arrange department meetings, scheduling, room booking and other logistics (e.g. refreshment, meals, special projector needs)
- Provide admin support to CIO office
- Facilitate on onboarding and off-boarding of staff
- Coordinate project’s contract signing and memos distributions
- Support administrative and facilities related duties
- Update and maintain IT Intranet page
- Support in procurement - Raise PR, check delivery and goods received
- Reporting - Support and track IT budget and payment processing
- Any other ad-hoc duties

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in any aspect
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Versatile, Detailed and self-motivated
