COMPANY DESCRIPTION
NTUC LearningHub (LHUB) was corporatised on 1 August 2004. Initially set up in 1982 as the NTUC Computer Training Centre, a division under the Skills Development Department of the NTUC Administration and Research Unit, the organisation has evolved to meet the burgeoning training needs of Singaporeans to continuously keep pace with the dynamic business economy.
DESIGNATION : Associate Trainer - Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
RESPONSIBILITIES
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver classroom training and conduct competency-based assessments
- Create and/or maintain training materials
- Set up, administer, and assist with maintaining classroom equipment
- Conduct training needs analysis for corporate customers
QUALIFICATIONS
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Engineering or possess relevant certifications
- Experienced with process analysis, business process re-engineering, design, and implementation; business and technical requirements; problem-solving; and system(s) testing including UAT and bug fixes
- Technical experience with one or more RPA technologies (e.g. UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
- Experience in software development using any programming languages/ platforms (e.g. C#/ Visual Basic/.NET/ Javascript/ Shell Scripting etc.)
- Hands-on RPA experience in Web/ Windows/ ERP Applications
- Understand Lean and Six Sigma concepts and methodology
- Excellent English presentation and communication skill (oral and written) with the ability to interact confidently, at all levels of management
- Relevant industry experience with at least 3 years of teaching experience
- Excellent customer service skills and experience with handling all levels of clients
- Strong technical aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
- Holding WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) is advantageous
- Holding an Instructor certificate from IT vendors (e.g. Microsoft Certified Trainer, Oracle Approved Instructor, etc) is advantageous
- Applicants holding WSQ ACTA or WSQ DACE qualifications but without any teaching experience will still be considered
