**About the Department**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Part of the Business Service Management Team supporting Business Development in UOBAM, namely in the following areas - Client Servicing / Onboarding / Product Management.
- Communicating with clients and external counterparties confidently and fluently, prioritizing their onboarding experience.
- Following-up with clients and external counterparties, managing their queries, requests and issues, promptly.
- Preparation of compliance and regulatory reports in a timely manner.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or equivalent, with 2 to 3 years working experience.
- Ability to work independently and as a team to deliver outcome of consistent good quality within stipulated timeline in a dynamic environment.
- Able to multitask and take on ad hoc initiatives for key process improvements.
- Good communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrates the willingness to learn and eager for knowledge.
