**Job Description Summary**: AKA Hub Program manager is responsible for driving execution of Go-To-Market (GTM) & Distribution strategy and simplification programs in Intercontinental region. This will primarily involve leading execution of strategic programs in the region creating, tracking, and implementing the overall project plan, refining business cases as needed, coordinating between internal projects, regional and site functions, maintaining project documentation in an organized & structured manner with clear tracking and traceability and establishing operating mechanism to drive the projects.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Primary point of contact to global/regional/local stakeholders for the AKA Distribution Hub program as defined in Marina 2.0 strategy scope
- Create & establish standard process & governance model for a successful distribution hub operation working closely with regional/global cross-functional team.
- Establish foundational real-time transactions in the hub working with global Logistics process & digital team, necessary inbound & outbound transportation lanes working with regional & global transportation team and, necessary planning solution working with regional & global planning team.
- Lead and/or collaborate with a smaller team of resources to execute the program such as 1) Warehouse coordinator to help implement standard work 2) Transportation coordinator to enable lanes into the hub from China, EU & US & out to other AKA countries.
- Create detailed project plan following distribution transfer milestone process framework and drive daily project tracking. Work with critical functional stakeholders to establish Change Acceleration and Risk mitigation plan - identify risks, constraints, and put together a mitigation plan.
- Establish necessary operating mechanisms to drive the program.
- Governance - Provide project status visibility to global/local stakeholders, program manager through weekly updates & corrective action plan. Adjust frequency of updates as needed.
- Documentation - Use existing tools for weekly updates, rollouts, communication to team. Track completion of project documentation such as SOP, and work instructions with respective functional/operational owners.
- Escalation metric - Timely escalation of road blocks and working with program manager to resolve the same. Monitor implementation of solutions along with timelines suggest changes wherever required.
- Collaborate with Global/Regional Logistics & Planning COE, leverage standard process, where available, to lead in the solution design, development, documentation (SOP, WI, etc), validate, implement, and provide post go-live support to stabilize the process/operations till handover to the site owner.

**Quality Specific Goals**:

- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required.

**Required Qualifications**:

- For roles outside of the USA: this role requires solid experience in Lean and Process development. Knowledge level is comparable to a bachelor’s or master’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
- For roles in USA - Bachelor's or master’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or equivalent), Business, Procurement
- Project Management certification or MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Project Planning and Management or running a complex dynamic operation and/or successful track record in implementing Supply Chain Execution solutions.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience within supply chain industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management software/tools (such as Microsoft Project) or strong Logistics background & involvement in Process design and Implementation experience.
- Experience in leading large Supplier / Manufacturing / Distribution transfer Projects or Transformation initiatives from start to finish.
- Ability to analyze statistics, a keen eye for improvement, the talent for interpreting large amounts of data, and a strong functional knowledge of the process.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and results oriented.
- Proven ability to meet deadline in a fast pace changing environment.
- Demonstrated success in delivering supply chain projects on-time and within budget.
- Proven ability to multitask & meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, Proficiency in change and risk management methodologies.
- Strong written, verbal, and non-verbal communication
