**What the role is**
- PURPOSE The jobholder will support Contact Centre (Regular), HRSC, HRD in the management of Human Resource (HR) enquiries and assist to communicate HR policies and initiatives to the MHA workforce. NATURE AND SCOPE 2. The jobholder serves as a Contact Centre Specialist with Contact Centre (Regular) and reports to the Senior Manager, Contact Centre (Regular). The jobholder directly manages and provides timely resolution to the enquiries and requests from MHA uniformed and civilian officers on their HR matters. He/she will also assist to maintain the information on the MHA HR portal (HR Connect) and design communication materials for mass broadcast to the MHA workforce.
**What you will be working on**
- PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES The jobholder’s principle accountabilities are: a. Manage HR enquiries and service requests from in-service and ex-officers b. Use the Customer Relations Management System (CRMS) to track and follow-up on each interaction, and ensure that resolutions are provided accurately and within established service standards c. Establish and build strong collaborative relationship with HRSC branches, Home Team Departments, and other key stakeholders to provide efficient and timely services to our MHA workforce d. Analyse case data and provide operational insights to identify improvements to policies and processes e. Maintain and review the content on HR connect to ensure information is current and up-to-date f. Create and design comms material for centralised mass broadcast to MHA workforce
SECONDARY DUTIES The jobholder shall also be called upon to participate/assist in other HRD-level projects /events.

- The jobholder should have the following pre-requisites, skills and qualifications: a. Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and establish rapport with stakeholders and customers b. Good communication, writing and problem-solving skills c. Good conflict management skills d. Ability to multi-task and highly conscious of time sensitivity e. Good knowledge on HR matters and processes will be an advantage f. Experience in communications or customer service-related functions will be an advantage
