**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with business leaders, business partners and managers to implement robust talent identification processes, including annual talent review cycle and succession planning.
- Analyze workforce data and performance metrics to identify high-potential employees and critical roles.
- Support the implementation of assessment tools to evaluate employees’ competencies, potential, and readiness.
- Track talent pipeline movements and develop regular dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Monitor participation and progress of talents in development initiatives and provide regular reports on outcomes and effectiveness.
- Work with Learning & Development teams and external vendors to curate and deliver learning solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve talent management processes and propose enhancements leveraging technology, Gen AI and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources, Org Psychology or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Management
- Experience with SuccessFactors, talent assessment tools and coaching preferred
- Good EQ and able to work with stakeholders of all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-driven and proactive, resourceful, with a passion for talent development and people growth
- Able to work independently and collaborate as a team
- Comfortable with data and preparation of papers/proposals
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of talent management trends and best practices
