**Alcotech Pte Ltd**specializes in Infectious Disease Kits and Medical Device Regulatory Affairs. We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a **Junior HR / Recruitment Executive**to support our hiring in Singapore and overseas.
**Role Overview**:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their HR career who wants exposure to both local and international recruitment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and support the recruitment process.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
- Provide general HR support as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in HR or recruitment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using job portals, and HR tools.
- Eager to learn and grow in HR and recruitment.
**Work Environment**:
- Office-based role in Singapore
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Location**:25 Bukit Batok Crescent, #09-13 The Elitist, Singapore 658066**
**Salary**:
**$2,300 - $2,800 monthly**(depending on experience)
