We help some of the largest and most exciting companies globally to modernize their networks to meet the demands of a digital future. **_ Responsibilities: _** - Engagement and pricing support of strategic bids. - Interaction with Country Manager, Category Manager and VP on deal pricing, ensuring deals are aligned with pricing strategy in terms of discount and margin. - Review country pricing escalated deals for completeness, integrity of pricing, and risk mitigation of any non-standard T&C and potential revenue recognition requirement/concession. - Deal reporting and analysis. - Deal governance to ensure deals adhere to sale and policy. - Driving complex deal escalations. **_ Education and Experience Required: _** - Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent - Typically 4-5 years experience in Pricing Role **_ Knowledge and Skills: _** - A strong business mindset is key, with a ‘run to the fire’ attitude and driving an action-oriented culture. Good understanding of business and sales processes and practises. - Requires the ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort. - Enjoy interacting with cross functional teams across an organization. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Mastery in English and local language. - Well verse in Microsoft excel. - Well verse with HPE Pricing and Quoting tools, e.g. SFDC, NGQ, Eclipse, Deal UI, MAST, PPRT, etc. We offer: - A competitive salary and extensive social benefits - Diverse and dynamic work environment - Work-life balance and support for career development - An amazing life inside the element Want to know more about it?
