Manager to Senior Manager, Tourism Human Capital

**What the role is**
- We are looking for a motivated, passionate, self-starter who can help us develop and implement strategies to support our workforce through workforce training, upskilling and job redesign with the aim to improve localisation for the tourism sector. You will also work with key strategic companies to develop future pipeline of local leaders and oversee the Tourism Careers Hub. In this role, you will be involved in reviewing and designing manpower-related policies and initiatives that meet the needs of the tourism sector and aspirations of its current and future workforce, in alignment with national manpower objectives. This role is expected to span 3 years to accomplish the work deliverables, following which, the expectation is for Line Unit and industry stakeholders to be able to implement the initiatives/ programmes independently.
