**Assistant Manager, Faculty Affairs (3-year contract, renewable)**
The Assistant Manager, Faculty Affairs will assist in the day-to-day efficient operation of the Office of Faculty Affairs (OFA). He/She will lead an OFA section to manage and be involved with the faculty appointments and reappointments of clinicians who are playing a pivotal role in contributing to the excellence of the clinical medical education and/or research in Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine. The School works closely with clinical partners from healthcare institutions to deliver an integrated teaching programme that will train and mentor a new generation of physicians for Singapore.
**Requirements**:
- A good degree in any discipline
- A good team player who takes initiative and is resourceful
- Possess good leadership qualities
- Resilient, meticulous, and analytical
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and manage heavy flow of detailed information in a precise and timely manner
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
