Singapore SWIFT Financial Messaging Services Full time

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and inquisitive individual to join our Professional Services team in Singapore to help with administrative and organisational tasks for the portfolio of Customer Care Services and Success Management.

You will be working closely with Care and Success Managers and external partners to bring hands-on proactive assistance and guidance keeping our customers’ SWIFT environment operationally efficient and in line with SWIFT best practices. This is an opportunity for an individual to develop analytical and communication skills, learn about the payments and banking industry and be exposed to operational and business discussions.

What to expect?

In close collaboration with Care and Success Managers, you will:
- Coordinate planning of contractual deliverables of Care Services and customer assistance requests- Provide assistance on customers’ Health Checks and Operational Checks (initiate collection of data, compiling report etc.)- Maintain contractual data and bring support to Sales teams- Produce regular management reporting- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purpose

What will make you successful?- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point- Analytical and problem solving skills combined with flexibility, adaptability and can do attitude- Attention to details and self-driven- Inquisitive, keen to learn and open to feedback- Proficiency in an Asian Language (e.g. Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Thai) will be an added advantage- Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI & JIRA & SAP would be an added advantage
