The hiring company is an innovative applied behavioral science-based research agency offering insight & consultancy to the world’s largest and most respected Consumer Products Goods (FMCG) companies. With offices in New York, London, Paris, Geneva, Milan, Frankfurt, Shanghai, and Singapore, their proprietary tools accurately understand, predict and influence consumer choice to helps marketers improve shopper and consumer experiences, enhance people’s lives, and contribute to a better world.

The hiring companys goal is to ensure their clients’ brands have the greatest chance of being purchased. And repurchased. All studies are ad-hoc in nature and the scope of work includes conducting research in markets across many markets at once.

As an Insights Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to work with our passionate teams on projects for some of the world’s largest brands to understand, predict and influence consumer choice.

As an Insights Analyst you will:

- Conducting and overseeing all aspects of projects including design, set up, analysis and storytelling
- Actively participate in client meetings/briefings
- Primary client contact for day to day inquiries
- Liaison between our Project Management team and the client
- Perform quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracy
- Grow your knowledge and skills by attending workshops and training
- Experience working with knowledgeable industry leaders

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in market research or related field such as, marketing, economics, statistics, social sciences, journalism, communications, or English
- 1-2 years of experience in MR agency environment
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Good English speaking & writing
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Data savvy with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- An ability to build positive relationships with internal and external clients
- Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude and comfort with exploring problems to find solutions
- A strong drive to learn and succeed
