- Job description**Key Responsibilities**
The Senior HR Manager will support full spectrum of HR functions for Singapore. This role is responsible for setting the strategic direction, implementation, analysis and improvement of HR services and processes at sub-regional level for all lines of business.
The followings are the Strategic and Operational responsibilities of the Senior HR Manager, Singapore:
**Business Partnering**
- Act as a Business Partner to support Business Country Leaders and the businesses, including areas such as employee engagement and culture transformation
- Coach and guide managers on human resource related issues.
***Organization Development & Change Management**
- Anticipate and recommend HR strategies to Business Country Leaders in planning for human resource needs to support the business. Work closely with Senior HR Director APAC to implement regional and global HR projects.
- Align HR strategies and organization design with the overall Office and Markets objectives.
*** Compensation & Benefits**
- Review salary benchmarking to attract, motivate and retain talent at all levels.
- Work closely with the Country Leaders, and regional HR to integrate, optimize and implement compensation and benefits strategy in Singapore.
**Talent Acquisitions**
- Work closely with our internal talent acquisition team, APAC KF Hire on hiring needs.
- Prepare and provide hiring information to Finance and KF Hire for internal headcount approval process.
***Talent Management**
- Partner with Business Country Leaders and regional HR to support training needs analysis and skills audit to support talent management.
- Develop, implement and conduct induction sessions for new joiners, communication sessions for any new/renewed programs. This alsoincludesmentoring, coaching, and counselling of employees where applicable.
- Facilitate the Performance Review exercise and to run calibration exercises with Business Country Leaders.
- Identify high potential staff for further development and retention.
**HR Operations & Compliance**
- Manage the end-to-end process for Onboarding and Offboarding of an employee life cycle.
- Ensure that all operational HR processes are efficient and compliant.
- Ensure HR records and communication materials are communicated, maintained and kept up to date.
**Requirements**:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum 15 years’ best practice senior HR business partnering experience with global organization, MNC experience would be an advantage; HR consulting experience desirable.
- Strong knowledge of employment ordinances, legal, and taxation requirements in Singapore.
- High resilience and is able to manage complexities and ambiguities.
- Solid working experiences with senior management team in a partnership setting with diverse cultures.
- Result-oriented, attention to details and is process-driven.
- Strategic, proactive, resourceful and is strong in communication skills.
- Able to be hands-on, resourceful and creative in problem/situational solving.
