**REGIONAL COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR, BIOPHARMA & REGULATED SYNTHESIS**:
Our team in **Singapore** currently has an opening for a **Regional Commercial Director, Biopharma & Regulated Synthesis**

**YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Job Summary**:
Drive topline growth in the Biopharma business and manage assigned internal & external account manager teams. Define sales strategy and take responsibility for business development. Maintain and strengthening relationship with key business partners and customers, developing new business opportunity to fulfil the organization’s overall business plan and strategies.

**Duties and Responsibilities: -**
- Define and implement sales strategy and guidelines for Biopharma business.
- Ensure the optimal assignment of customers amongst the sales teams.
- Set sales targets, budgets and allocate resources.
- Monitor and review sales performance regularly with the team to ensure sales & profit targets are met.
- Manage assigned inside sales teams and external sales teams.
- Partner with business development, customer service and product management and share best practices.
- Contribute to product development projects.
- Optimize margins by reviewing, guiding, and optimizing pricing
- Initiate Biopharma developments projects in other countries of the Region like India and Australia
- Global project coordination and implementation in the region
- Responsible to execute and implement the strategy for Biopharma & Life Sciences

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Education**: Bachelor Degree in related field (biochemistry, biopharma, pharma, life sciences). Master Degree is preferred

**Experience**:

- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in Sales within pharmaceuticals and/or Life Sciences Industries
- Good knowledge of the Biopharma value chain
- Experience in ingredient distribution is prefered.

**Others**
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Good in interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven analytical and organizing skills combined with ability to implement.
- Comfortable working collaboratively in the fast-paced environment
- Strong ability in leading multiple projects independently
- Enjoy working in a multi and cross functional environment.
- Proven team management skills
