Finance & Administration Manager

Our Client is an electronics trading company that undertakes the sale of semiconductors, electronic components, and electronic equipment. This role of a Finance & Administration Manager is responsible for supporting company administrative activities. You will be reporting to the MD.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Manage and lead finance and administration staff in daily operations
- Ensure timely and accurate closing of monthly accounts
- Prepare audit and statutory financial statement and management reports
- Ensure compliance with FRS, GST, Corporate Tax and all the statutory requirements
- Report to Japan HQ based on Japan SOX Requirements
- Budgeting, forecasting and analysis of data for business purposes
- Ensure the financial system comply with the corporate governance, internal controls, cash flow management, forex management and risk management
- Handle all the Corporate Secretarial, personnel and administrative matters of the Company
- Oversea and guide the finance & admin team
- Handle ad-hoc assignments from time to time
- ** Requirement**:

- Degree in Accountancy or Diploma with equivalent professional accounting qualification
- Senior finance professional with 5-7 years relevant experience, with some managerial experience in overseeing the finance/accounting department
- Strong leadership both as a team leader and team player
- Excellent communication and professional skill
- Possess Knowledge in SUN Accounting system will be an advantage
- ** Working Hour**: 9:00 ~ 17:45
