**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**
- Active participation in Ecommerce related change request/projects.
- Assist in gathering, analysing end-user requirements; participate in system analysis and design, perform UAT, troubleshooting and tests on the required systems to assist project stakeholders.
- Work with the technical team to ensure that the requirements gathered are realistic and implementable.
- Manage and track the overall development work and schedule.
- Monitor change request/project status and prepare project status report to IT project team lead.
- Assist with various duties related to the change request and projects.

**Qualification Required**

**Education**:

- Degree / Diploma in Ecommerce, Business Information Technology or equivalent
- Skills:

- Possess good analytical and report writing skills.
- Familiar with Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Able to communicate effectively in both oral and written aspects.
- Able to work independently and in a team.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-year relevant project management experience.
- Degree / Diploma in Ecommerce, Business Information Technology or equivalent
- Possess good analytical and report writing skills.
