Summary of the Position
- Lead and hire a team of SME Relationship Managers to achieve team and individual targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the SME portfolio (loans,asset backed, trade finance, etc.).
- Identify new market opportunities and client segments for penetration.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate, coach, and manage a sales team.

What will you do:

- Provide a bullet point list of the responsibilities and duties of this job.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure team effectiveness.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, sales huddles, and joint fieldwork.
- Motivate team to uphold high standards of client servicing and compliance.
- Drive acquisitions of new SME clients through proactive prospecting and referrals
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from client onboarding to product fulfilment
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned

**Requirements**:
What will you need:

- Minimum 5 years of SME banking or B2B sales experience.
- At least 2 years in a team lead or managerial capacity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
