This role represents an important opportunity in raising awareness, visibility and engagement with key stakeholders based in the Singapore and Southeast Asia as well as coordinating the undergraduate EDHEC Global BBA flagship study abroad program (80 students). The position will be focused 40% on Academic program coordination, 20% on Admissions, 20% on Alumni Association and 20% on Corporate relations.** The activities will be as follows: **Program coordination**for the International BBA Program (Global Business Track): Under the supervision of the program director, oversight and develop the students advising function (housing, administrative issues, internships, job placement etc.) for approximately 70 students / year studying at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. Interact as the permanent EDHEC officer in liaison with the NTU Team. Create and develop non-academic curriculum enhancements for the program (company visits, field trips, cultural/social initiatives etc.), establish buddy mentor program/role with the EDHEC Alumni and continue quality improvement. **Corporate Relations / Careers**: Boost relationships with corporations (French & non-French), recruiters and professionals, promoting EDHEC students and Graduates to Internal HR / Recruiting professionals at target Companies and organizations. Deepening Engagement with Corporate Partners and making EDHEC as part of targeted schools for recruitment. Collaborate with alumni on recruitment of students and placement of graduates. Identify internships and job placement options for the BBA students as well as students and graduates from other EDHEC programs. Build & strengthen partnerships with relevant groups and professional associations (French Chamber of Commerce, Euro Chamber, American chamber) to increase the school’s brand visibility and deepen engagement. Build and develop the fundraising activity (corporate & alumni) in collaboration with the fundraising team of the school. **Alumni Association**: - Setting up monthly catch-ups with the EDHEC Alumni relations manager for international / Director when needed => Reporting progress and needs - Community support through facilitating connections and networks - Ambassador recruitment, coordination and ongoing support - Organizing at least 2 big events (Welcome Party and EDHEC Rendez-Vous) per year gathering the local alumni community, the students and stakeholders of the school - Preparing the agenda of the year with other events for the community (webinars, events on sustainability, AI and Diversity and Inclusion) - Updating the database - Identifying shining local alumni for portraits, advocacy, donation, as speakers - Professional development through 1-2-1 coaching skills development training for our Alumni based in Singapore and Southeast Asia in collaboration with the Alumni Career Centre of the school **Admissions/Recruitment**: The CM works with the Admissions team to plan and manage the program’s recruitment and admissions process, including interviewing and selection of students, representing EDHEC programs at recruitment forums, contributing to marketing and communication efforts, and assisting with planning of enrollment targets and program budget. **Educational & Professional requirements**: - Education related to Business - Minimum of 4-years work experience in business development, relationship management or recruiting position - Ability to relate well to a diverse student body, understand the needs of students, appreciate and be committed to management education. - Ability to interact in a professional manner with students, faculty, prospective applicants, and other University staff. - Ability to multitask and
