motivated (Senior) Broker Business Development Marine Insurance (M/F/d) for our office in **Singapore** who is committed to grow together with our expanding team.

**Your Tasks**:

- Analyze market trends and identify strategic insurance partners
- Observation and analysis of the insurance market and identification on insurance partners
- Design and develop tailored marine insurance packages and coverage solutions
- Actively drive business growth by identifying and acquiring new marine insurance clients locally, regionally, and internationally, leveraging existing relationships and networks
- Cultivate strong client relationships across Charterers Liability, Cargo, Hull & Machinery, P&I, and related marine insurance lines
- Closely collaborate with colleagues in our Singapore team and the global business development team based in Germany, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Expand strategic insurer networks and placement channels.
- Provide proactive advisory support to clients within the marine and shipping industry

**Your Profile***:

- Legally authorized to work in Singapore
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in marine insurance broking, underwriting, insurance agency, shipping, commodity trading, or the energy industry
- Ideally strong product knowledge within marine insurance, complemented by an established network and relationships among insurers or key contacts in the shipping and other relevant marine sectors, with a proven ability to leverage these relationships effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Highly self-motivated and driven, with an autonomous working style and proactive mindset to independently identify opportunities and actively generate new business across all marine insurance segments
- Collaborative and team-oriented mentality with the ability to coordinate closely with global colleagues and partners.
