The incumbent will manage the broker portfolio, building pipeline for sales, relationship management with brokers and internal teams to drive sales and achieve planned KPIs. Responsibilities Drive, execute strategies and campaigns to achieve business targets. Identify and develop new key segments and potential product offerings. Provide quotation for new business within authorized underwriting limits. Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers to meet business objectives and secure long‐term partnerships. Serve as a subject matter expert for broker enquiries. Manage broker administration and file maintenance. Regular touch points with brokers to identify upsell and cross‐sell opportunities. Provide regular business reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Proactively manage the relationship process and strengthen the business relationship with key broker partners. Track and provide feedback on overall broker experience to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement. Ability to present to external and internal stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor's Degree. Certifications in BCP, CGI, PGI, HI. At least 8‐10 years of relevant experience. Experience in the General Insurance industry. Experience managing end‐to‐end marketing processes. Good communication skills. High energy and driven to meet sales targets. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build credibility quickly. Knowledge and experience in all GI products. Experience with AI‐future skills such as ChatGPT or CoPilot 365 is advantageous.
