This full-time position offers the chance to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Outdoor Sales Executives seeks out new clients through our various marketing approaches

**What you'll be doing**
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads through various prospecting methods
- Engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and pipeline in the company's CRM system
- Continuously seek to expand your product knowledge and sales skills

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in **Lighting**Sales**and/or **Interior Design**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Adaptable and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
