**The position is responsible to lead the HR shared services, mirroring the service model of the organization's Target Operating Model (TOM) as part of HR transformation and digitization journey. The role will lead a team of 11 in support of 4 core areas namely HR, Payroll, Employee support and Time & Attendance.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and drive integrated HR workflow through HR Operations team to support the employees' lifecycle which includes hiring and onboarding/offboarding, internal mobilitiy, compensation & benefits, OTP, monitor Work authorizations, document storage and compliance.
- Lead the Payroll team and ensure the accuracy of payroll processing for SEAO region, in compliance with local law and legislations.
- Oversee and support Project lead to meet work deliverables on HR systems, integration work and digitalization projects.
- Lead and drive the process and performance improvements and efficiency in terms of service coverage, responsibilities, quality and process adherance;
- Continuous improvement in interaction & communication in terms of interaction mechanism, communication flow, customer centric culture and perception.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder
- Min 6-8 years with hands on HR Operations, Shared Services management experience
- Strong understanding of regional payroll, Shared services model, system interface and process improvements.
- Working knowledge in Workday and global payroll software.
