**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
You will manage all administrative tasks associated with Piaget in Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Manage SAP: Manages cost control aspects in SAP including vendor creation, invoice processing through SAP, payment follow up
- Interface with vendors for requesting information or clarification related to invoices
- Support the team in administrative tasks, projects and meetings coordination
**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant administrative experience
- Fluent in SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe PDF
- Fluent in English
- Organized, detail-oriented, with strong excellence in execution
- Pro-active, with good project management skills
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written
