**About the Role** As the Sales Lead for GoCorp, you’ll be responsible for driving growth by hunting for new leads and closing high-value corporate deals in Singapore. You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to negotiation — and build strong, trusted relationships with key clients. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on hitting targets and growing business from the ground up. **What You Will Do**: - Drive new client acquisition across SMB, SME, and MNC segments through outbound sales, networking, and social outreach. - Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitch to negotiation and closure, to meet monthly revenue targets. - Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs and positioning tailored GoCorp solutions. - Prepare and deliver compelling present proposals that communicate business value and drive decision-making. - Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing, ops, product) to improve sales processes and elevate customer experience. - Capture and share client feedback to inform product development and go-to-market strategy. **What You Will Need**: - 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience, ideally in partnerships or key-account roles - startup, SaaS, or corporate environments. - Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets, including full-cycle sales—from prospecting to closing high-value corporate deals. - Excellent analytical and CRM capabilities, including experience with Salesforce or similar tools, to guide pipeline management and forecasting. - Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to conduct business reviews, address objections, and deliver compelling business value. - High ownership and resilience, with the ability to independently manage priorities, navigate complex negotiations, persevere through setbacks, and consistently deliver results. - Collaborative mindset and stakeholder management, capable of working cross-functionally (e.g., marketing, product), gathering feedback, and representing client needs internally. **About the Team** **About GoTo Group** GoTo Group is the largest digital ecosystem in Indonesia with its mission to “Empower Progress’ by offering technological infrastructure and solutions for everyone to access and thrive in the digital economy.
