Business Support Executive

The **Business Support Executive **is responsible to provide timely sales update to the Sales team and perform general administrative tasks. The associate will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team and support the various business functions, as listed in the job responsibilities. The associate will also play a pivotal role in the development of the AFH (Away From Home) business.
**The Role & Responsibilities**
- Update Sales reports on daily, weekly, monthly basis.
- Support & prepare annual budgeting and monthly sales forecasting.
- Prepare and report on Competitors Development Index report (CDI).
- Provide sales data according to request.
- Maintain and upload Master pricing,
- Handle secretarial duties such as meeting minutes and general administrative duties.
- Perform ad-hoc duties, projects (Audit etc).
- Setup the framework for new customer accounts in TORK EasyCube (TEC) system.
- Oversee and plan, coordinate and execute new projects on site.
- Constant monitoring of data integrity in TEC system, and troubleshoot discrepancy or connectivity issues with relevant stakeholders.
- Spearhead meetings with Europe development teams to address issues, areas for improvement, etc.
- Extract data and perform critical business analysis to develop reports on post implementation findings, and suggest improvement plans for driving efficiency.
- Drive reviews with customer accounts on post implementation findings.
- Play a critical support role in the development of AFH business.
**The Person**
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the data analytics and reporting is required for this position.
- Team player with ability to work closely with cross functional departments in planning, monitoring and implementation
- Results-driven, ability to work under pressure and multitask
