Oversee Customer Service teams to ensure tenders, quotations, enquiries, and orders are handled to customer satisfaction.
- Monitor, manage and distribute the team’s workload (tenders, quotations, enquires and service orders) evenly to ensure a timely response for all customers and clients.
- Actively participate in the Weekly Customer Service Team meetings.
- Raise all Customer, Client, and Internal issues through the (CIL) Continuous Improvement Log process.
- Provide HOSS with regular client and customer feedback as a result of pricings and product quality to enhance the business growth.
- Always engage in a friendly and professional manner with clients, customers, and internal stake holders.
- Ensure any change in customer requirement re updated in a timely manner before submission of quote for approval.
- Review and approve team quotes and orders.
- Follow up with customer on quotations.
- Identify order building opportunities through telephone sales expertise.
- Coordinate with Procurement team for parts purchase whenever possible
- Issue order to Procurement or Operations team based on customer’s requirement and Purchase order
- Assist and support Customer Service Executive with technically complicated enquiries & orders
- Assist in recruit and manage staff according to company values and valid rules and regulations
- Responsible for performance assessment, coaching, training and development of the team
- Any other related job duties and responsibilities.
- Practices 5S standard, maintain and ensure workplace health and safety requirements.
