**Job Description
**Responsibilities:
a. As the main point of contact and responsible for the overall management and coordination for the use and delivery of Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) in the Project, including the BIM compliance in regulatory submissions to relevant authorities.

b. To be overall responsible for the BIM model creation and implementation of VDC methodologies such as Integrated Concurrent Engineering (ICE) or Process and Production Management (PPM) during Design stage for coordination and early stage of Construction stage for coordination, resource planning, work sequencing, and the production of detailed drawings.

c. To work with VDC Coordinators of other disciplines to ensure the appropriate implementation of the VDC Execution Plan (VEP) and deliverables.

d. To coordinate and assemble ‘Final Design BIM Model’ with a milestone model and VEP agreed and signed off jointly by all consultants, and guide the Contractor to further develop this ‘Final Design Model’ for use in accordance with the VEP for Construction to produce the construction BIM models.

**Requirements**:

- Formally trained in BIM (Diploma or Training Certification)
- Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in local industry
- Min. 1 year of BIM coordination or BIM management experience in a design, engineering or construction firms or a large project
- Knowledge and experience with Singapore Authority submission, BIM is part of VDC will be added preference
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD software, well-versed in using Autodesk Revit BIM software/tools
- Possess strong initiative, resourceful, independent and technologically forward-looking
- A good team player with an open-minded philosophy
