Key Responsibilities 1. BIM Management & Coordination Lead the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) for all projects. Manage and coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, MEP, fire protection, and other disciplines. Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements, LOD standards, and authorities' guidelines. Conduct regular model coordination meetings and clash detection using tools such as Navisworks / BIM 360 / Solibri. 2. Standards & Compliance Develop, maintain, and enforce company BIM standards, templates, and workflows. Ensure compliance with Singapore BCA BIM requirements, including e‐submissions and IM standards. Monitor overall BIM performance and provide continuous improvements. 3. Project Support Assist project teams in BIM‐related planning, modelling, scheduling (4D), costing (5D), and asset information (6D/7D) where applicable. Provide technical support and troubleshooting to project teams on BIM software and modelling issues. Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, and authorities to ensure BIM deliverables meet expectations. 4. Training & Leadership Provide training and mentoring to BIM modelers/coordinators. Lead the implementation of new digital engineering tools, workflows, and automation initiatives. Promote BIM best practices and Digital Delivery Management (DDM) culture within the organisation. Requirements Education & Experience Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in BIM management, coordination, or modelling roles. Proven experience managing BIM for large‐scale building, industrial, or infrastructure projects. Technical Skills Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, BIM 360 / ACC, and other BIM platforms. Strong understanding of BIM standards, LOD definitions, and digital delivery requirements. Familiar with Singapore BCA BIM guidelines and submission processes. Knowledge in automation tools (Dynamo, Python scripts) is an advantage. Soft Skills Strong communication and coordination skills. Leadership qualities with ability to guide and manage BIM teams. Detail‐oriented with strong problem‐solving capabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
