**Functional Competencies**:

- Responsible for ensuring that the BIM objectives set for the project are met. This involves overseeing the implementation and use of BIM throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinates and manages the overall use of BIM for the project. This includes developing BIM execution plans, establishing workflows, and ensuring collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Attends and leads all BIM meetings, facilitating discussions and ensuring that project teams are aligned with BIM requirements and processes.
- Ensures compliance with relevant BIM standards, guidelines, and protocols, such as the Singapore BIM Guide or other specified standards.
- Interface with clients to discuss BIM deliverables, requirements, and progress updates. This involves presenting BIM related information, addressing client concerns or queries, and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Ensures that project team members are proficient in BIM tools and processes.
- To lead efforts to continuously improve BIM processes and workflow.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, mechanical, electrical & electronics, civil engineering, construction management.
- Formal training and certification in BIM software or hold Tier 2 DDM (Digital Delivery Management) accreditation by Building Smart Singapore.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination, demonstrating proficiency in implementing and managing BIM within construction projects.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects in civil and infrastructure projects.
- Strong leadership, coaching skills and able to work independently.
