Roles & Responsibilities

Dick Lee Asia is a multi-faceted creative consultancy agency that develops innovative solutions to meet our clients' needs and objectives. **Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with internal and external teams to oversee projects from pitch to completion
- Work as a Producer/Person-in-charge of a project that entails: client servicing, pitching, negotiation, contracts, invoicing, P&L reports, etc
- Artist management for Dick Lee and other talents
- Main liaison with Finance department on all client and suppler transactions
- Oversee human resource management, office maintenance and staff welfare

**Requirements**:

- Passion for the arts and live entertainment
- 5-10 years of experience in events in a management role
- Demonstrated experience in building, managing and leading a cross-border, international team
- High attention to detail, adaptability and outgoing personality
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
