We are building a global asset custody platform to provide secure and professional asset custody services to institutional clients. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Global Custody Services Head with a global perspective to build and lead the company's global custody business. This role will involve developing a global custody services strategy, establishing the custody services system and operations team, and providing cross-market asset custody solutions to institutional clients. The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of the custody business, outstanding leadership skills, and excellent cross-border business development capabilities. Key Responsibilities Business Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a global custody business development strategy, identify target markets and client groups, and drive rapid business growth. Service System Construction: Establish a complete global custody service system, including core services such as asset custody, transaction settlement, corporate actions, and cash management. Cross-border Network Building: Establish and maintain a global network of custody agents to ensure seamless integration of custody services across markets. Team Building and Management: Build and lead a professional custody service team, establishing efficient service processes and operational standards. Client Relationship Management: Develop and serve institutional clients, including asset management companies, insurance companies, and pension funds. Risk Management and Compliance: Establish a comprehensive risk management framework for the custody business to ensure business operations comply with regulatory requirements in various markets. Technical Support and Innovation: Collaborate with the technology team to promote the construction and optimization of the custody service system and improve service efficiency. Performance Target Achievement: Responsible for driving revenue growth and profitability of global custody operations, and regularly reporting business progress to management.
