JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a highly motivated, independent and detail-oriented Fund Controller to join our finance team. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of financial reporting, compliance, and operational excellence across our managed funds. Key Responsibilities Financial Oversight & ReportingLead the preparation and review of periodic financial and management reports for funds under management. Deliver insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and performance evaluation. Regulatory Compliance & Audit ManagementEnsure full compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements. Oversee the monitoring of financing covenants and manage audit processes across multiple jurisdictions. Stakeholder & Service Provider ManagementLiaise with internal and external stakeholders including management, investors, auditors, tax advisors, and fund administrators. Manage service providers to ensure high-quality financial reporting and operational support. Policy Development & Internal ControlsDesign, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard fund assets, ensure data integrity, and optimise cash management. Investment & Transaction SupportSupport investment and divestment activities, including review of transaction documents, execution coordination, and accounting treatment discussions with auditors and stakeholders. JOB REQUIREMENTS ACCA qualification or a Degree in Accountancy. Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a fund controller or senior fund accounting role. Experience in private equity, real estate, or data centres is preferred. Strong technical knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and fund structures. Proficient in financial analysis with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
