The Investments Business Execution Regional Lead will report directly into the Global Head of Business Execution supporting the Asia Pacific region at Citi Wealth. In this role, the leader will be responsible to lead executive-level strategic and operational analysis across the region, driving consistency and ensuring seamless coordination of activities across all business segments and the Investment Solutions organization. The role is a senior leader with deep experience in investment products and platforms, strategy development and operationalization. This leader has exceptional abilities in analysis, critical thinking. communication and influencing, and has a proven track record of working with global teams, aligning stakeholders and thriving in ambiguous situations. This role will be an individual contributor role, however, will have significant influence on ensuring tight collaboration of regional priorities for Investment Solutions. In this role, you're expected to : Execute against key priorities and strategy for the Investment Solutions business across multiple business segments in Asia Pacific (Citigold/Citi Private Client, Citi Private Bank) Coordinate with regional business segment to ensure strategic goals that guide future growth and development of Wealth are prioritized and translated into tactical business plans with mechanisms for key measurements in place to monitor progress Coordinate and guide the regional product business execution teams enabling them to focus on the right strategic priorities Act as a regional delegate for Global Business Execution head when required in certain meetings Develop approach to drive best-practice sharing and collaboration across regions along defined areas of future growth Monitor strict adherence to governance and ensure risks are addressed, setting high standards of professionalism across all functions Build credible and trusting relationships with regional business, technology, and operations partners Apply a global mindset and understanding in multiple functional areas and their underlying business principles.
