JOB DESCRIPTION Source and analyse investment opportunities Structuring and executing the acquisition of assets in Asia Pacific Conduct financial modelling to assess / support acquisition decisions Present financial analysis to key stakeholders Conduct and coordinate legal, tax, technical & financial due diligence for assets to be acquired, working with external advisers/ consultants Prepare investment papers, presentations and other materials as required Review transaction documents Monitor market news, trends and prepare regular sector research JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field from a reputable university 3 - 4 years of relevant work experience Strong financial modelling, analytical and presentation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Independent, detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines A strong team player BUSINESS SEGMENT Real Estate PLATFORM Investment
