As a Credit Infrastructure & Solutions Intern within Group Risk Management, you'll contribute to the optimization of our data infrastructure and the enhancement of critical risk reporting processes.

You'll excel at documenting complex processes, participating in user acceptance testing, and verifying data accuracy. A proactive approach and a collaborative spirit are essential.

What you do
You'll be directly involved in:

  • Supporting the documentation of rationale and logic flows as part of the Data Infrastructure Optimization initiative.
  • Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for data process revamp and re-platforming from SAS to Python for management reporting.
  • Supporting post-implementation parallel runs and result verification to ensure data accuracy and process stability.
  • Gaining hands-on experience in data engineering and risk analytics within the financial industry.
  • Learning the basic approach to performing user testing during project enhancements.

Who you are
  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree.
  • Demonstrates a strong interest in data engineering, risk analytics, and financial technology.
  • Possesses strong analytical skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • A proactive and collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Eager to learn about data infrastructure optimization and the migration of systems.

Learning Objectives
This internship will provide you with:
  • Hands-on experience in documenting complex data processes and logic flows.
  • Practical skills in performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verifying data accuracy.
  • Exposure to the migration of data systems from SAS to Python.
