**Responsibilities**
- Manage the policy team (eg, Functional reviews, New Products, Group Governance) and regional credit risk management.
- Enhance credit portfolio management such as regional Risk Appetite Framework including ESG aspects.
- Review regional new business and product by assessing gaps between the existing policy and procedures.
- To collaborate with business units/relevant departments when assessing market information/event; such as internal & external early warning signals in managing the bank's credit portfolio.
- To analyse material deals in the region from credit risk perspective
- To support all other regional credit risk management planning (e.g. early warning management) and MAS regulatory reporting

**Requirements**:

- Degree or equivalent
- At least 8 years' experience in Banking, preferably in Credit Risk
- Strong Credit Risk Management skill sets in Wholesale Banking and/or Retail Banking (e.g. credit risk management related policy and procedures, portfolio management skill sets and etc)
- Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English, as well as proficiency in Japanese as this role will liaise with Head Office frequently
- Able to work under tight time lines
