**Responsibilities**
- To plan regional credit portfolio management such as improvement of Risk Appetite Framework, Stress Testing and manage monthly internal credit portfolio report to senior management.
- To enhance the regional ESG/ climate risk management policy, processes and practices including regional Risk Appetite Framework and verification of climate scenario analysis and stress testing.
- To Research key emerging global and regional trends on ESG/ climate risk and examine regulatory developments on ESG/ climate risk management
- To support all other regional credit risk management planning (e.g. early warning management) and MAS regulatory reporting

**Requirements**:

- Degree or equivalent
- Credit portfolio management, including credit stress testing and/or Credit analysis skills
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in ESG risk management in Credit Risk area including policy, portfolio management and stress testing.
- Good Basel model and/or IFRS9 modelling skills
- Prior team management experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
