Co Head, Working Capital Solutions, Trade Finance

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will drive business development across diverse industries, originating and leading bespoke trade finance transactions-from receivables and payables to conventional flows. Your product expertise and strong client relationships will position you to lead syndicated transactions, unlocking new revenue streams in deposits and FX for the bank. You will be at the center of collaboration-working across internal teams, credit functions, and global offices to deliver seamless execution, while maintaining rigorous risk management standards. As a key connector between regional and headquarter teams, you'll ensure clients receive a consistent, integrated experience. Your deep technical trade finance knowledge will enable you to structure tailored solutions to meet complex client needs. Additionally, you will champion internal enablement initiatives and lead workshops to enhance trade finance capabilities across the bank.
Requirements
The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Finance or related discipline and have at least 10 years of relevant experience in financial services, with a strong foundation in trade finance. To thrive in this role, you will have deep knowledge of trade finance in structured and conventional products. You are a proven leader who is comfortable navigating cross-functional and regional teams, and skilled at driving complex deals from origination to successful execution. Your strong understanding of credit processes and risk management, paired with exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, will set you apart in driving growth for the working capital solutions business. A strategic thinker with strong hands-on execution qualities, you do well in a collaborative environment.
