As an Emerging Business Customer Service Intern at OCBC, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. What you do
- Assist in servicing SME customer requests, working within our middle office functions.
- Gather and extract information for account reviews and proactively notify customers of important updates.
- Obtain necessary documentation for account remediation processes.
- Contribute to the preparation of regular management reports on team productivity.
- Participate in process automation and enhancement initiatives designed to improve customer experience and turnaround times.
- Receive on-the-job training in banking processes and effective customer communication techniques.

Who you are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive learner with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Eager to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
