Coupled with partnerships within the DBS network and with global institutions, we strive to build long-term relationships with our Private Banking clients in Asia by providing them with high quality, timely and extensive wealth management, investment and financial solutions. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our Regional Marketing (PBTPC) team. Job Purpose: We are seeking a dynamic and independent Wealth Marketing individual to join our Regional Marketing, DBS Private Bank and Treasures Private Client (PBTPC) team. This role will be instrumental in planning and executing wealth marketing campaigns across the region and will work with multiple stakeholders across the various markets to weave a consistent approach around wealth marketing in terms of digital marketing, branding, product materials and other customer engagement events which will enhance the quality of the bank brand name. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a good communicator, a flair for creativity, and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Work with the Regional Head, Wealth Marketing to prepare, develop and track the over-arching marketing strategies for both DBS Private Bank (PB) and DBS Treasures Private Client (TPC) segments Work closely with Product owners, Sales, Legal and Compliance to develop and implement marketing assets and collaterals consistently across the various regions including Europe, Asia and UAE. Develop a comprehensive strategy around the targeting of our clients for effective client engagement. Develop and provide monthly dashboard reporting to provide a holistic overview in terms of the Marketing and Branding strategies across the Wealth segments Liaise and provide support in terms of keeping all stakeholders informed and updated of key decisions made for the Wealth segments and assisting to garner alignment across the multiple stakeholders for key projects and decisions Oversee all components of Advertising and Marketing to ensure robust dissemination of thought leadership content and marketing strategies to regional client and market needs Branding and Communications Develop and implement a unified brand, external and internal communications strategy aligned with business goals for both DBS Private Bank (PB) and DBS Treasures Private Client (TPC) Act as the brand guardian for both DBS Private Bank (PB) and DBS Treasures Private Client (TPC) to ensure consistency of branding across the PB and TPC markets. Provide guidance through clear approval framework and process for all client touchpoints and materials under PB and TPC segments. Ensuring consistency and alignment across all external communications and touchpoints Assist to develop regional guidance and alignment across the markets for Treasures Private Client International (TPCI) Manage key stakeholders including sales, product and Wealth Continuum teams to synergize and synthesize varied opinions and preferences Ensure wealth marketing materials and support any client communications required Right Segmentation Work closely with Wealth Continuum team to develop the Marketing assets and collaterals for clear messaging across our wealth segments Ensure consistency and compelling messaging across the wealth segments Develop compelling messaging for clients for each segment and provide clarity on the value propositions to support the right segmentation efforts upstream and downstream Collaborate with segment teams to deliver personalised customer communications that align with brand and marketing strategy. Focus on content creation, ensuring high-quality, impactful communications that resonate with target audiences. Stakeholder Coordination Act as the central liaison between the Marketing team and internal departments to ensure smooth planning and execution of programs for wealth segments including TPCI Manage the internal approval process for brand marketing concepts, budgets, and promotional materials by preparing detailed briefs and obtaining timely sign-offs from relevant stakeholders Proactively communicate timelines, responsibilities, and progress updates to all internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment at every stage of the brand marketing campaign lifecycle Coordinate with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all client communications and associated content adhere to regulatory requirements and brand guidelines Budget and resource management Reporting Provide monthly marketing highlights and dashboards to update management on wealth key developments Prepare executive summary presentations for top management review Calendar & Timeline Management Maintain and manage the holistic view across all the wealth segments to ensure consistency and strategic planning in all the wealth key developments for Branding and Marketing. Ensure brand and marketing campaigns are planned seamlessly to present a one view to clients across the region when we launch and roll out various plans across the region and wealth segments (TR, TPC, TPI and PB) Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field More than 10 years of experience in regional roles, or related roles (preferably in the banking or financial services sector) Strong knowledge of wealth Proven track record in brand management Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong ability to multi-task and think strategically Collaborative team player who can help manage and influence our key stakeholders Stakeholder engagement skills and embody a results-oriented mindset
