With our cafés, retail stores, and wholesale operations, we are committed to sourcing and delivering quality ingredients and products to our customers. We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Procurement cum Warehouse Administrator to join our team, supporting both our purchasing and warehousing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily procurement activities, including raising purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Negotiate and source for new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliability.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory planning to prevent shortages or overstocking.
  • Support warehouse operations such as receiving, checking, and recording incoming goods.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock movement and update inventory systems promptly.
  • Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve delivery or quality issues.
  • Assist in periodic stock takes, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements in all procurement and warehouse processes.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Nitec in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Prior experience in procurement, warehousing, or supply chain administration preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Attention to detail with good organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
  • Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of F&B procurement and warehouse operations in Singapore will be an advantage.
