About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Tele-Appointer to join our team on a 3-month contract basis. This is an onsite role where you'll be working closely with our team in the office to engage existing clients, arrange policy review appointments, and ensure smooth scheduling for our representatives.
If you have strong communication skills, enjoy speaking with people, and thrive in a structured office environment, this role could be a great fit for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing clients
 - Schedule annual policy review appointments for our representatives based on client availability
 - Maintain accurate call and appointment records in the system
 - Liaise with both clients and representatives to confirm schedules
 - Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks related to appointment setting
 
Requirements
- Prior telemarketing, telesales, or call centre experience preferred (not mandatory)
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 - Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection professionally
 - Organized, attentive to detail, and reliable in following up with clients
 - Able to commit to the full 3-month onsite contract
 
What We Offer
- Onsite role based in Singapore
 - Contract agreement for 3 months
 - Base pay up to $2,000 per month
 - Additional performance-based incentives for meeting appointment targets
