Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks related to delivering medical services to patients
  • Communicate with patients and their families regarding medical conditions
  • Handle payments and insurance claims for medical services provided
  • Manage administrative duties involving Medisave and private integrated plan submissions
  • Liaise with insurance company representatives, clinic staff, accountants, patients, and relatives regarding claims
  • Prepare cheque refunds for patients
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Candidate must hold at least a Diploma in any discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Basic IT knowledge
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and attentive to accuracy
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
