Job Responsibilities

The team is tasked with developing creative approaches to data sourcing, deriving new variables and factoring in qualitative insights to deliver high-impact business solutions.

Key areas of focus, include:

Gaming Optimisation

  • Utilize big data technologies and cloud platforms to manage and analyze large and complex datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • Implementing end-to-end data-driven solutions using Analytical modeling techniques, machine learning, deep learning, and MLOps frameworks.
  • Design experiments and conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, hidden patterns, and opportunities for product optimization.
  • Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to optimize product offering, pricing strategy and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business processes and decision-making frameworks.
  • Effectively communicate results and their implications to business/product stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field
  • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics or a related field is preferred.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in analytics and machine learning or AI.
  • Proven experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments and monitoring their performance will be an added advantage.​
  • Expertise in implementing data-driven solutions using statistical techniques, machine learning, deep learning, and MLOps frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, with experience in using libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • Strong competencies in supervised and unsupervised machine learning, deep learning algorithms, and MLOps.
  • Knowledge of latent semantic analysis, document similarity models, document classification, text analytics, and language models.
  • Familiarity with recommender systems, computer vision, and image analytics.
  • Familiarity with neural networks, convolutional neural networks, and recurrent neural networks.
  • Experience in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI.

Other Prerequisites

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets to derive actionable insights.
