Responsibilities:

  • Plan and design engaging social media content for product launches.
  • Create and manage the social media content calendar.
  • Write captivating captions that resonate with the brand's voice.
  • Design seasonal packaging elements, including paper bags, in alignment with product launches and festive themes.
  • Collaborate closely with the founder to develop compelling visual assets.
  • Monitor social media performance; adjust content strategies based on analytical insights.
  • Support email marketing campaigns and influencer collaborations.
  • Contribute to organic social growth and handle other ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in social media content creation.
  • Strong aesthetic sensibility with an eye for color, layout, and brand consistency.
  • Analytical mindset, proficient in interpreting engagement metrics to enhance content effectiveness.
  • Creative and proactive attitude, capable of working efficiently under tight deadlines, especially during launches.
